There are three main ways to use essential oils:

Aromatically: Breathing in from the bottle or a diffuser
Topically: Applied directly to the skin
Internally: Taken with water, in a capsule or in food


Essential Oils can be inhaled directly from the bottle or by adding them to your diffuser to help enliven, calm, refresh or cleanse any room in your home. With no chemicals or additives they are safe for you and your loved ones.


Each oil can be used topically by applying directly to the skin. Some oils can be used neat and some require a carrier oil. This allows you to target your body systems for specific support.
